If you give your waste to someone else, you must be sure that they are authorised to take it and can transport, recycle or dispose of it safely. If you break this law, you can be fined.

WASTE TRANSFER NOTICE - You will be given a waste transfer notice for all rubbish removed.
WASTE CARRIER LICENSE - All our vans carry a copy of our waste carrier license which our staff will show you before any rubbish is removed.
ENVIRONMENT AGENCY APPROVED - All of the rubbish will be taken to a local environment agency approved transfer station.
VALUE - You only pay for what we take away.

Active Rubbish Clearance Ltd is a family run business that has established itself as a trustworthy and reliable operator over the past 12 years, based in Surrey, and serving the London, Hampshire, Berkshire, East Sussex, West Sussex and Surrey areas.

We provide a fast, efficient and professional way of removing your rubbish, without needing a skip or skip permit (if necessary). Our rates are extremely competitive with prices starting from as little.. We provide estimates upon contact or quotations upon inspection in advance of all jobs and we do all the hard work.

Our friendly, helpful, uniformed staff will load the rubbish, then sweep and clean as necessary leaving the site as clean as practicable. We only use Environment Agency approved transfer stations to ensure the maximum reclamation and recycling of your waste and the minimum possible environmental impact.

We undertake all types of clearance work, waste disposal & rubbish removal for businesses, general public, letting agents, solicitors, landlords, and estate agents. We also do full house clearances and specialize in probate work.
We also provide a secure collection service to certain public figures to protect their privacy.

All our vehicles carry a copy of our Waste Carrier License which our staff will show you before any rubbish is removed. In addition we issue Waste Transfer Notices with every collection. We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.

To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.

As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.

In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible.
